Tasting Notes: Slightly coppery, exquisite white wine whose floral notes mingle with almonds and walnuts. Well-balanced and full-bodied. This wine has a very strong personality which it takes from the microclimate in which the grapes grow.

Location Friuli Venezia Giulia. Soil Marly of eocenic origin.
Estate Tenuta Sant'Helena Vine Training: Guyot.
Density: 4,600/ha.
Age: 20 years.
Winemaker Alberto Zanello. Vinification Hand picked. Light maceration on skins. Pressed. Clarified. Fermented. 6 months in stainless steel.
Varietals 100% Pinot Grigio. Barrel None.
Residual Sugar 2 grams per liter. Maturation 6 months.
Acidity 5.5 grams per liter. Vintage Production 3,333 cases.
Alcohol 13% by volume. Foot Fairing Hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, soups and risottos.
