Bocelli, Le Franette Rosso Toscano I.G.T.
(lay frah-NAY-tay ROH-so toh-SKAH-noh)

Tasting Notes: This is the wine that the Bocelli family drinks for daily pleasure. A classic Tuscan blend, it even includes a white varietal, Malvasia Bianca, used widely in Chianti in the past for balance and intense aromas. It is less common today because it is not deemed "commercial," but in small amounts, provides lovely acidity and brightness to the fruit. A simple, pleasing quaff, it is clean and smooth, with a charming touch of rusticity.
