Tasting Notes: White wine with a delicate and complex nose and a fruity, firmly structured palate. Elegant assemblage of selected white grapes with strong territorial connotations.

Location Friuli Venezia Giulia. Soil Marly of eocentric origin.
Estate Tenuta Sant'Helena Vine Training: Guyot.
Density: 4,600/ha.
Age: 20 years old.
Winemaker Alberto Zanello. Vinification Temperature controlled, partially fermented in French oak tonneaux.
Varietals 50% Tocai Friulano,
30% Pinot Bianco,
20% Chardonnay.
Barrel None.
Residual Sugar 2 grams per liter. Maturation None.
Acidity 5.4 grams per liter. Vintage Production 1,083 cases.
Alcohol 13% by volume. Foot Fairing Fish based dishes, light starters, baked rice or pasta, shellfish, crustaceans and white meats.
