Beira Aral, Aravo Albariño
(ahr-AH-voh ahl-bah-REEN-yo)

Tasting Notes: Winemaking partners Thierry de Francisco and Pepe Alvarez have created a sensation in Rias Baixas with their one-of-a-kind, lush, mineral-laden Albariño. Having been mentored at large, prestigious estates, the two cut out on their own, bought a small plot of land, and are now enjoying making very limited cases of perhaps the best white wine in Spain’s most acclaimed blanco zone. This wine stuns with mint, acacia flower, and wet granite notes
